Our company is owned and operated by James, a master technician with over a decade of experience in the automotive industry.

James began his career as a master technician for Jaguar and Land Rover, honing his skills and knowledge of these luxury vehicles. He then went on to work as a technical support engineer for Autologic (now called Opus), where he gained experience in advanced diagnostic techniques and troubleshooting.

James's expertise continued to grow as he worked as a diagnostic support engineer for Jaguar Land Rover at their engineering center, where he supported global dealerships in identifying and resolving complex issues. His career then led him to Aston Martin Lagonda, where he worked as a senior VCATS (Vehicle configuration and test systems) engineer. This role involved writing software scripts to program the vehicles ECU's during the build, for Engine type, climate, and customer preferences.

With a wealth of experience and knowledge, James established BG Remaps to provide top-quality ECU remapping services to customers. He uses the latest tools and techniques to safely and effectively optimize your engine's ECU for improved performance and fuel efficiency.
